When another member sends you a chat invitation, you’ll have two options:

Chat Now – Accept the invitation to begin chatting.

No Thanks – Decline the invitation and close the chat window.

Live Video Streaming (Webcam) lets you enjoy real-time, face-to-face live conversations with other members through interactive video and live instant messaging.

To send a chat invitation, click the Chat button on the lady’s profile.

If you’d like to see who is currently online, select the Online Now link, then click Chat Now on any profile to start chatting.

When scheduling a chat date with a specific lady click on the MORE tab on her profile, then click the CHAT DATE link.

Video Clips are pre-recorded videos.

They remain available for viewing 72 hours after purchase.

To edit your profile:

When making changes to your profile, your profile will be reviewed by our administrative personnel for approval. All changes in the profiles must be reviewed by the administrator before the changes are permanently posted to your profile. Please allow at least 24-48 hours before changes are approved and once your profile is approved, the changes will be available for the members to see. Additionally, you will also be able to edit your profile once more once it is approved.

To add photos:

1. Login.

2. On your homepage, select the "Account Options" link.

3. Select the "Add/Change My Photos" link.

4. Select the "Browse" button. A new window will appear and you will need to locate where photos are in your computer.

5. Once you have chosen which photo you prefer to use, be sure to rotate your photo to the upright position, the adjust the photo size as you wish, then Select the Crop Option.
Your Main photo must be Cropped twice as that photo will also be used as your small photo that will show on your messages as well as in the Chat Gallery.
Once you have cropped the photo to your satisfaction Select the "Save option".

To change your primary photo, please select the Account Options link on your home page. Next, click on Add/Edit Photos. If you have a second photo, click on Switch Photos. If you don`t have a second photo, attach it first and then click on Switch. Now you can either keep your primary photo as a second photo or delete it.

Once your photos have been uploaded to your profile, please allow approximately 24-48 hours for administrator approval. Your photo must be in .jpg or .gif format and must be 2 MB or smaller. Additionally, please make sure you are the only person depicted in the photos.

To change your password, please:

1. Login

2. Select the "Account Options" link

3. Select "Change Password"

To view how many free Introductory and Follow Up emails are remaining in your account, please:

1. Login

2. Select the "Account Options" link

3. Select the "Letter History" link.

Please be advised that this information will refresh every 30 days once your membership renews. Therefore, you will only see the Intros and Follow Up letters written in your billing cycle. Please use your Outbox to view messages not included in the Introductory and Follow Up log.

Email notifications are a daily update sent to our members each day informing them of all the new messages from your matches that have arrived in that day.

To disable your email notifications:

Click on the Unsubscribe option located at the bottom of the message.

To enable your email notifications:

1. Log in to www.dream-singles.com

2. Click on the option at the top of your Homepage to start your notifications to your email address.

Your credit balance is available on your home page once you log in.

To update your credit card, please:

1. Login

2. Select the Upgrade Credit Card Information link

3. Enter the new card details and submit.

To retrieve your password, please go to www.dream-singles.com and input your username. Next, select the `Forgot My Password` link. Follow the instructions and your password will be sent to the email address included in your profile.

Log in tips:

1. Use Internet Explorer 6.0 or better or Firefox 2.0 or better.

2. Delete cookies in your browser before logging in.

3. Make sure your Caps lock key is turned off.

4. If you`re using a laptop, please make sure your Caps lock and Numbers lock key is turned off.

4. Type User ID and Password with no spaces in the beginning or end.

5. Your username and password is case sensitive. Make sure you type your User ID and Password exactly as they appear.

To view the free mail posted on your account, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Log in

2. Select the `Notifications` link.

3. Select the messages in your account.

We used to provide background checks before the profiles were confirmed. Because most of the members now have confirmed profiles, we no longer need to provide this service. The Confirmed icon will appear at the top of the screen of the profile. *Only profiles that have a verification video will display a Confirmed Profile badge.

Sorry, but we do not provide matchmaking services. We`re strictly an online dating site and our services are designed for members to get to know each other before meeting. Our services include providing a forum for members to develop a successful relationship including the use of email messages, Chat and Live Video. We find that when members invest the time to correspond with one another and a genuine interest evolves, that a successful meeting occurs almost 100% of the time.

You should NEVER send money to anyone. Please contact administration as soon as possible if anyone asks for money, gifts outside this website or any other material things. This website has zero tolerance towards such behavior by any member.

You should be receiving one email notification per day including all new letters for the day. It arrives around 12:30 AM Pacific Standard time.

If you encounter login or display issues on Dream Singles, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies often helps. Follow the steps below for your specific browser.

Google Chrome

Open Chrome.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner and choose Settings.
Select Privacy and security from the left menu.
Click Clear browsing data.
In the pop-up window, set Time range to All time.
Check all boxes for Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Close all Chrome tabs, reopen the browser, and log in to Dream Singles again.

Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox.
Click the menu button (?) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Choose Privacy & Security on the left.
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
Click Clear Data
Make sure Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are checked.
Click Clear.

You can also clear your history by clicking History > Clear Recent History, choosing Everything as the time range, and confirming.
Close Firefox, relaunch it, and try logging in again.

Microsoft Edge

Open Edge.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
Choose Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Set the Time range to All time.
Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Restart Edge and log in again.

Safari (Mac)

Open Safari.
In the top menu bar, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data..., then Remove All to clear cookies and cache.
To clear history, click Safari > Clear History, choose all history, and confirm.
Close Safari, reopen it, and log in again.

Opera

Open Opera.
Click the Opera logo in the upper left and choose Settings.
Select Privacy & Security.
Click Clear browsing data.
Set the Time range to All time.
Check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Close Opera, reopen it, and try logging in to Dream Singles again.

You may now schedule a translated phone call with your match!
Here's how it works:
To access this feature, please visit a member's profile and click on "Call Me". It will take you to Schedule a Call form.
Call Instructions
1. Calls must be scheduled Monday through Friday 09:00- 17:00 PST USA. After submitting your Call request, please allow a few days for your call request to be processed.
2. If your request is approved, at the scheduled day and call time, a Dream-Singles Operator will contact you on the provided phone number, to connect your call with the girl.

3. If approved, our representative will call you on the scheduled time and date
(“To be contacted by the site operator, you must install the WhatsApp application on your device.”)

4. You will also be able to view your Call Status and other details from your Home Page -> Account Options -> Call Status.
For any additional minutes, 10 credits per minute will be deducted from your account. You will be disconnected if you do not have sufficient funds.

Call Policy and Terms of Service
- Complimentary translation and assistance are provided with the service
- Parties cannot exchange personal contact information during the call
- Credits will be deducted from your account immediately after you submit your call request
- Basic package is 10 minutes for 100 credits. Even if you speak less than 10 minutes, the entire amount of 100 credits will be deducted from your account. This policy applies to all packages.
- Any additional time will be rounded up to the next nearest full minute. Ex. If you talk for 10 minutes and 15 seconds, you will be billed for 11 minutes
- Any wait time will not be counted towards minutes purchased. Timed conversation starts once both parties are on the line.
- Conversations are recorded for your protection and quality assurance
For any additional minutes, 10 credits per minute will be deducted from your account. You will be disconnected if you do not have sufficient funds.

Refund Information:
To receive a full refund you must cancel 24 hours prior your scheduled call.
If you fail to contact Call Center during a scheduled time your credits will not be refunded and your call will be cancelled.
If a member fails to answer your call you will receive a full refund.

Date Me feature allows you to Schedule a Date with any member from our site in her hometown. Dates are official and easy to schedule. We will assist you with interpretation services, meeting set up and coordination.

To schedule a date, go to your match's profile, click Date Me and submit a date request form.

To view and manage your dates, please go to Account Options -> Date Requests.

General Policy:

1. Schedule a Date service is available to all eligible members in good standing
2. Schedule a Date service is subject to IMBRA law and requires that you submit personal disclosure form at the time of the service purchase.
3. Meeting must be scheduled at least 72 hours prior to the desired date.
4. If your match proposes new time and date, you must respond within 48 hours to avoid request cancellation
5. Base price is 300 credits, which includes 2 hour date, interpreters services, meeting set up and coordination.
6. During the date while you're together you may if both parties agree trade contact information.
Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued if your match fails to show up or declines the scheduled meeting less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
No refund will be issued if you
- Decline the meeting less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
- Fail to show up at the scheduled time
- Decline to use interpreter's service
- Stay less than time scheduled

What is a Virtual Date and how does it work?

Want to take your match on a first date, but distance is an obstacle? We have implemented a new feature to help potential couples meet virtually and enjoy themselves , just like on Real Date.
This feature allows couples to interact one-on-one online while possibly having a light dinner, a glass of wine or just having a game night.

Are any members allowed to schedule a Virtual Date?

At this time, only Ladies can request Virtual Dates.

What is the cost for Virtual Date?

30 minutes - 180 credits
45 minutes - 270 credits
60 minutes - 360 credits


Will I be reminded about my Virtual date coming up?

A reminder will display on your Homepage about your upcoming virtual date 24 hours prior to the date.
A Text message will be sent out as a reminder 3 hours prior to your Virtual Date.


Virtual Date policy and terms of service

1.Parties cannot exchange personal contact information during the Virtual Date.

2. Basic package is 30 minutes for 180 credits. Even if the chat is for less than 30 minutes, the entire amount of 180 credits will be deducted from your account.
This policy applies to all packages.

3. Credits will be deducted from your account immediately after you accept the Virtual date request.

4.Complimentary translation and assistance are provided with the service.


Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if the Lady fails to show up or canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled Virtual Date.

No refund will be given if you:
Fail to show up at the scheduled time,
Stay less that the time scheduled,
Cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.


Can I extend the time for Virtual Date?

No, the Virtual date can't be extended.


What is the difference between Video chat and Virtual Date?

Virtual Date is a two way online chat, allowing members to see each other and hear each other's lovely voices.
Video chat is one way video, meaning that you can see the Lady, you are chatting with but she can’t see you.


Can I share Personal Information on the Virtual Date?

No, personal contact information cannot be exchanged during Virtual Date.

Do I need to have a webcam to go on Virtual Date?

Yes, you must have a webcam to join Virtual Date.

Once you’ve built a strong connection with someone special, you may wish to continue your conversations more personally.

Premium Communication Access allows both members to share personal contact details, such as email or social media.

To ensure mutual consent and safety, both members must agree before access is approved.

Please note, submitting a request does not guarantee the exchange of personal contact information.

To ensure authenticity and safety, certain steps must be completed before members can exchange personal contact details through Premium Communication Access:

Spend a minimum of 2,000 credits in conversation (excluding gifts).

Complete the Liability Release and IMBRA Disclosure forms.
