  • How Does Dream Singles Work?

    Once you become a member of Dream Singles, we recommend selecting which members you would like to begin corresponding with. By using our Search feature (found on your home page when you log in), you can customize your search results to find which members most complement your interests.
    To begin corresponding with someone who has caught your attention, contact them via messages or if they are online, feel free to invite them to chat with you. If you choose to message her, you can send an Introductory letter introducing yourself. While communicating with your matches, you are welcome to use the Voice Chat and Live. We also provide a Gift service enabling you to surprise your match on the right occasion.
    Once you and your match have been communicating well enough and have established a comfortable relationship, feel free to request their contact information (includes full name, telephone number and some additional details).

  • Creating Your Profile...

    To get started corresponding with your matches, please complete a profile. Your profile will tell members a little bit about yourself. To begin creating your profile, please click on the "Join Now" link at our site, www.Dream-Singles.com. Please include recent pictures.


    Hope you can understand, but there are some basic guidelines to keep in mind when setting up your profiles.


    1. Please enter a first and last name. Pseudonyms are ok (we understand if our clients want to keep their identities private), but nonsense names, i.e. abc 123, or celebrity names will not be accepted.


    2. Please include a photo of yourself. Any other photos that is clearly not Y.O.U. will not be accepted. And sorry fellas, but Full Nudity is strictly prohibited. We love when our clients feel confident and sexy. That's great! However, we are not a porn site, so please, no nude photos.


    3. No profanity or vulgarity is allowed in our members profiles. Please be advised that if you include profanity or vulgarity in your profile, it will not be accepted, meaning that your profile will not be activated for other members to see.


    4. Contact information is only allowed in the appropriate areas, including ONLY the areas that request your email address or phone number. Please be advised that your contact information will be deleted if added in inappropriate areas.


  • Understanding Your Home Page

    Once you have logged in, we have included many useful features that makes our site easy to use and ultimately assists you with finding the right match for you. Hope this helps you with navigating through your home page.


    1. SEARCH: The Search tab, located towards the top of your screen, enables you to search for which members most fit your particular tastes and interests. Once you have selected your preferences, select `Show Matches` to view the different selection of members who match your preferences.


    2. MAIL: Selecting the Mail tab will take you right to your Inbox to view the messages your matches have sent you. From there, you can select Outbox or Trash (to view messages you have deleted).


    3. LIVE CHAT: Selecting the Live Chat tab will take you to view members online and available for chat.


    4. BUY CREDITS: Select this tab to purchase credits to correspond with the members on our site. This page can also be selected from the Members Area section located towards the left of your screen.


    5. MEMBERSHIP: This area discloses your membership level (Free Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). You will also see the date you have registered as a member on our site. When you get a sec, please select the 'Share Your Success' link to leave a Testimonial for us.


    6. CORRESPONDENCES: Selecting the links in this area will bring you to your Mail page, where you will be able to view messages in your Inbox, Outbox and Trash. Or, select the Admirers link to view ladies who have expressed an interest in getting to know you. Select the Favorites link to view ladies you have an interest in. Or select the Matches link to view the members where you both share a mutual interest. Select Chat Invitations to view the results of your recent chat requests. Lastly, select the Notifications to view important notifications sent to you from Dream Singles. Many of these links are also available towards the left of the screen under Members Area.


    7. CONFIGURATIONS: Select the Upgrade Credit Card Information link to update your credit card information. Select the Account Options link to view your Dream Singles account options available to you. Please see the FAQ section in this category to get a better understanding of how to use the Account Options page. The FAQ and Account Options links are also available towards the left of the screen under Members Area.


    8. CREDITS: This area shows you how many credits are available on your account. Select the Buy More link to purchase additional credits.


    9. You can use the bottom section of this page to upgrade your membership anytime you'd like. The price of each membership is included in this section also. Please view the chart at the bottom of the screen that details what is included in each membership. Hint: The checkmarks located next to each item reveals what is included with each membership.


    10. Under Members Area, located towards the topmost left of your screen, please select the My Home link to get back to your Home Page. The FAQ link will take you to our FAQ page. Or select the Logout link to logout and leave our site.


    11. Use the Search section to find members in our gallery or to view members online and available to chat.


    12. Select the links in the Services tab to view ladies online and available to chat and view live video streaming with.



  • How do I contact members I like on your website?

    First, you will have to sign up for any membership which will allow you to communicate through our site's messaging system as well as write messages directly using credits. Also you can use our Live Video Chat feature for the best results. Adobe Flash Player program is required for you to Video Chat


  • Why can't I read incoming messages?

    In order to read incoming messages, you have to sign up for a Trial membership or purchase any membership. A person can also buy credits and use them to open and read incoming messages. Once you complete your profile, you need to click on the "Trial" button to receive a Trial membership on our site. You can now open and read all incoming letters absolutely free.


  • How Do I Send Messages?

    To send messages, you must first upgrade from Bronze to either Trial/Silver, Gold or the Platinum membership level. If you do not wish to upgrade at this time, it will be necessary to purchase credits to send emails and correspond with the members.


    Once you have upgraded or purchased credits, you can email members by either replying to the emails in your Inbox or from member profiles.


  • What Are Introductory and Follow Up Letters?

    Introductory letters are the first letter that is written to a members introducing yourself to them. Any emails after your first letter are Follow Up emails. Free Follow Up emails are included in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships.
    Any sent emails not included as a membership benefit costs 10 credits.
    Below is a summary of how many Introductory and Follow Up emails each membership includes.

The Trial/Silver Membership includes 10 free Intros per month, Gold members receive 30 introductory emails per month and 10 follow up emails. Platinum members receive 50 introductory emails and 30 follow up emails per month. Diamond members receive 100 introductory emails and 50 follow up emails. Thus the Diamond membership is the most cost effective option.


  • How Are Introductory and Follow Up Letters Used?

    With the premium memberships, namely the Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships, members are allotted a certain number of Introductory and Follow Up letters. Once the Introductory letters are used, Follow Up letters will begin to be used, even if you're sending an Introductory letter.

    Once all Introductory and Follow Up letters are used, it will cost 10 credits to send a letter


  • What are Video Letters and how do they work?

    We have launched new service on our site - Video letters. Now members can exchange personal video messages with each other. Video Letters is a unique feature that presents a wonderful opportunity to communicate with your matches and get more acquainted.

    How does it work:
    You can record your video with any recording device (cell phone, camcorder, web camera)


    To send you video you should do the following:
    1. When composing or replying to a letter, click on the Attach a Video tab
    2. Click Browse and attach a video file from your computer.
    3. Click Send and your video is on the way


    When you attach a video file to your message, credits will be deducted not Intro or Follow-Up benefits.

    Video should be at least 30 seconds in length but not be more than 2 minutes in length.

    Video size cannot exceed 375MB.

    Most common formats: avi, wmv, mov, mp4

    You will be able to specify if you want to receive a video letter reply from someone:
    If you mark "Yes", then your match might send you a video letter back. If you specify that you do not want to receive a video letter back - "No", no one can send you one as a reply to your letter.

    Video letters in your inbox will have "Video Inside" icon. Simply click on Read the Message to view the video

    The cost of sending a letter - 10 credits for paid members and 20 credits for bronze members.
    The cost of reading a letter - 10 credits for paid members and 20 credits for bronze members.

    We have the same policy for this feature as we do for all of our correspondence features; please, no profanity or porn allowed in the videos. This may result in loss of membership.


  • What are Flirts and how do they work?

    A Flirt is a quick, fun way to let someone know you're interested. And the best part about it - it's FREE!

    You will receive from 10 free flirts a month, depending on your type of membership:
    Silver - 10
    Gold - 10
    Platinum - 10
    Diamond - 10

    To Send a Flirt, you will have to go to a memberss profile and click Flirt. Choose one of the suggested flirts, then click Send. You can also Preview any flirt before sending.

    All flirts you will receive from members will be located on your Home Page under Messages in a separate Flirts inbox. To view your flirts go to Flirts and click view flirt to see the message. You can reply to any flirt with a message and it will be delivered to their inbox.

  • How Do I... Change My Credit Card? Use A Different Card?

    To update your credit card, please:

    1. Login

    2. Select the Upgrade Credit Card Information link

    3. Enter the new card details and submit.


    When purchasing credits, there is an option to use a different card. To do so, please select the Enter New Card circle in the Buy Credits page.


  • Why Must I Enter My Credit Card Info for the 3 Day Free Trial?

    We request your credit card information when signing up for the Trial membership because once your 3 day Trial is over, your Silver monthly membership begins and your account will automatically be charged the Silver Membership fee of $9.99 per month. There is no obligation and provided you decide to cancel your Silver membership within the trial period, you will not be charged.


  • My Credit Card is Automatically Charged for Credits. Why?

    If you are automatically charged credits, it is because you have activated the `Automatic Credits Purchase Option` link in your account. This link can be found by selecting the Account Options link on your home page.


    To deactivate this option, please:

    1. Login

    2. Select the Account Options link

    3. Select the Automatic Credits Purchase Option link

    4. Select the drop down box and choose `not to purchase any credits`

    5. Select the Save Preference button


  • I Can't Buy Credits. Why Must I Verify My Account?

    Your account is limited because some information on your credit card does not match your account information. For your protection we would like to confirm your identity before continuing to make purchases. In order to remove the restriction from your account, please verify your account. Instructions have been included below:


    1. Login to dream-singles.com.


    2. Select the `Buy Credits` tab.


    3. Select the `Verify 2 small amounts we are going to authorize on your account` link.


    4. Next, complete the following information accurately.

    a. The address must be accurate and identical to the address your credit card company has on record. This is the same address your credit card company mails your monthly statements to and may not necessarily be your current address. Please be advised that the transaction will be declined by your credit card company if the address is not accurate. So please do not forget to add `Circle`, `Lane`, `Drive` or `Street`, whichever applies, when completing your address. Also, please include the correct zip code.

    b. Include the correct card type, i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

    c. Include the credit card first and last name exactly as it appears on your credit card.

    d. Enter the Card Verification Number. This is the 3 digit number on the back of Mastercard and Visa credit cards and the 4 digit number located on the front of American Express credit cards.


    5. Select the `Verify` link.


    6. 2 small charges, each one under $1.00, will be charged to your credit card. Please log in to your online bank account to view the charges.


    7. Once you have viewed the charges in your online bank account, please log in to your Dream Singles account and verify the charges.


  • My Credit Card Has Been Declined. Why? Can You Help?

    Please verify that your billing information is correct including your billing address, name and CVV code.


    1. The credit card address must be accurate.


    2. Include the correct card type, i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.


    3. Include the credit card first and last name exactly as it appears on the credit card.


    4. Enter the Card Verification Number. This is the 3 digit number on the back of Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards and the 4 digit number located on the front of American Express credit cards.


    If that does not work, please contact your card issuing bank for details and/or status.


    If your bank confirms your card has appropriate or available funds and that the information you have provided is accurate, please contact Customer Service and:


    1. Provide the exact error message you`re receiving as this information will help us to investigate and resolve the issue.


    2. Include the credit card information you`re entering per the instructions included above.


  • How to View Your Purchase History With Us

    Now you can view your payment history with us, including the date and time of all purchases, the amount charged and the services purchased.

    To review a record of the purchases made with us, please select the Your Purchase History link located in the Account Options page. To do so, please:

    1. Log in to your Dream Singles account.
    2. Select the Account Options page
    3. Select the Your Purchase History link

    You will be able to view most recent purchases made with us. To review a complete list of purchases, please select the View All Statements link.

    Please select the link that includes the date and time of the purchase to view individual purchases.

    The Printable View link will take you to a printer friendly version of the page you're viewing.

However, as a Free Bronze member, it costs 10 credits to open each email and 10 credits to reply to that email.

    Once you are eligible to receive a contact information, you need to complete a disclosure statement located on the Account Options page. A translated copy of this form will then need to be signed by the member. For members who reside in countries other than the USA, the request goes straight to the other member for their decision on the release of personal information.


    For members living in the United States, there will be an administrative fee of 100 credits for this paperwork performed by our independent local representative. For members living in all other countries, the fee will be 60 credits. The fee will be deducted from your account when you submit a request for contact information.

    To add photos:

    4. Select the "Browse" button. A new window will appear and you will need to locate where photos are in your computer.

    5. Once you have chosen which photo you prefer to use, be sure to rotate your photo to the upright position, the adjust the photo size as you wish, then Select the Crop Option.
    6.Once you have cropped the photo to your satisfaction scroll down to the Save option Select.


    To change your primary photo, please select the Account Options link on your home page. Next, click on Add/Edit Photos. If you have a second photo, click on Switch Photos. In other words, it is possible your screen resolution can be too high or too low. For example, if you`re using 800x600, this will enlarge all of the objects on your screen and the overall appearance is duller than using 1024x768 or 800x1200 pixels. When using a higher resolution, all of the objects on your screen will be condensed but the images will be sharper and have more clarity.

    Any wait time will not be counted towards minutes purchased. Timed conversation starts once both parties are on the line.
    Conversations are recorded for your protection and quality assurance
    For any additional minutes, 10 credits per minute will be deducted from your account. You will be disconnected if you do not have sufficient funds.

    Refund Information:
    To receive a full refund you must cancel 24 hours prior your scheduled call.
    If you fail to contact Call Center during a scheduled time your credits will not be refunded and your call will be cancelled.
    If a member fails to answer your call you will receive a full refund.


  • Schedule a Date

    Date Me feature allows you to Schedule a Date with with any member from our site in her hometown. Dates are official and easy to schedule. We will assist you with interpretation services, meeting set up and coordination.

    To schedule a date, go to your match's profile, click Date Me and submit a date request form.

    To view and manage your dates, please go to Account Options -> Date Requests.

    General Policy:

    1. Schedule a Date service is available to all eligible members in good standing
    2. Schedule a Date service is subject to IMBRA law and requires that you submit personal disclosure form at the time of the service purchase.
    3. Meeting must be scheduled at least 72 hours prior to the desired date.
    4. If your match proposes new time and date, you must respond within 48 hours to avoid request cancellation
    5. Base price is 200 credits, which includes 2 hour date, interpreters services, meeting set up and coordination.
    6. During the date while you're together you may if both parties agree trade contact information.
    Refund Policy:

    A full refund will be issued if your match fails to show up or declines the scheduled meeting less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
    No refund will be issued if you
    - Decline the meeting less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
    - Fail to show up at the scheduled time
    - Decline to use interpreter's service
    - Stay less than time scheduled
